Reliability:
                    We use EV1Servers as our managed server partner. They are secure, inexpensive and responsive. That means we can give you a good deal and your site will always be available.

Here is a description of their data center located in Houston, Texas.
(in their own words)…

"Rock solid infrastructure: The reliability of our technology platform is essential to our ability to offer low prices and fast service. EV1Servers uses brand name servers from Dell, HP and Compaq as well as building some servers in-house. Our network (always expanding) consists of thirteen Gigabit Ethernet connections to the Internet. In early 2003 we completed a 18,000 square foot expansion to our data center with redundant UPS, A/C and generator backup systems. In Q1 of 2004, we will launch a second 45,000 square foot data center with capacity for 30,000 servers. [Their data center is] connected to the Internet through 13 Gigabit Ethernet links from six separate backbone providers, who each run fiber optic cable into the data center through two separate entry points. As of November 2003, the facility is home to over 18,000 Windows and Linux servers, which makes Project Imperial the world's largest dedicated hosting data center."

This means you website will always be available to the Internet and only a true catastrophic failure could "kill" the ALL their redundant connections. And something like that hasn't been seen…
